Limited Edition The top-of-the line 1956 Bel Air featured jacquard weave, nylon-faced cloth on the seats and backrests, lush carpeting, and a new exterior molding that traced from the rear deck to the front fenders. And of course, with the new sportier design came Chevrolet’s powerful “Turbo-Fire” V-8 engines with 265 cubic inches that developed 162 hp. The classic is recaptured with the sporty two-tone finish of Harbor Blue metallic and Nassau Blue, and the historic V-8 cid engine.
