In the 1950’s, Louis Marx was the largest manufacturer of toys in the world with six large factories in the United States and interest in factories in seven other countries. Marx made virtually every type of toy with the exception of dolls.
This Marx gravel truck has a shovel mounted on the front of it and a dump box on the back. The truck is red with a yellow mounted shovel and a GRAVEL decal on one side of the box and a SAND decal on the other. The front wheels are missing but this truck is in fair condition. Original paint.
